ABOUT  US

Overtime Wrestling Academy was built on one idea: every wrestler deserves a place to grow, on the mat and off it. From first-timers to state qualifiers, we train every age and every skill level with coaches who've competed at the highest levels themselves.

THREE PERIODS.
ONE PHILOSOPHY.

PERIOD 1
Technique

Fundamentals, executed right, every single time.

PERIOD 2
Toughness

The mental and physical grit to keep going when it's hard.

PERIOD 3
Character

The discipline and confidence that outlast the mat — and show up everywhere else.

A wrestling match is three periods. Six minutes. Every second of it counts.

There's no time to coast; not in period one, not in period three. That's the standard we build to. At Overtime, we develop wrestlers three periods deep:

We're not training wrestlers for six minutes. We're building people for the long run.

Overtime Wrestling Academy is for everybody. Every age, every background, every starting point, there's a place for you here. But we're not a drop-in gym. We're a team. We ask for the same thing we teach: show up, put in the work, and show up for each other. In return, you get more than coaching. You get a community that's in your corner, period after period, season after season.
